Make quotations comparable
Send every venue the same date, session length, estimated attendance and menu brief. Ask for hall hire, food, decoration, equipment, service charges and applicable taxes to be identified clearly. A lower starting price can cover a different set of inclusions, so compare the complete proposal before deciding.
Check what can change after booking
Ask which charges depend on the final attendance and which are fixed. Record deadlines for guest counts and menu changes, as well as payment stages, cancellation terms and any overtime charges. Keep a copy of the approved proposal so that later changes can be discussed against the original scope.
Compare the full cost: your checklist
- Use the same requirements for each quotation.
- Compare the total payable amount and included services.
- Check minimum commitments and extra-hour charges.
- Read cancellation and date-change terms before paying.
Explore the spaces and discuss your plans
View Grand Ballroom and Elegance Hall to start your shortlist. Browse the venue gallery and Galaxy Caterers menu ideas, then ask which arrangements are available for your date. Confirm the selected hall, layout, catering and decoration policies in your written proposal.
Use the booking and budget guide to prepare your enquiry, or the location guide to plan a visit. Current prices, facilities and availability should be confirmed with the team.
